As our new HR Business Partner, Nordics, your primary location will be at our Skanderborg office. You will become part of a team of 3 HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Partner, and a student worker, who are all located at our office in Søborg.
Responsibilities / Tasks
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR advisor for our Nordic line managers by ensuring smooth execution of the entire employee life cycle. You will also support the implementation of our global HR agenda, processes, and initiatives, considering local requirements in the Nordic region (i.e., Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).
You can look forward to a broad role that covers full-spectrum of HR tasks, from hands-on participation in recruitment to leadership sparring – and everything in between. In the day-to-day operations, you will get administrative, back-office support from our HR Operations team in Germany.
More specifically, you will:
Partner with managers on workforce planning and recruiting needs, including assisting in interviews and final selections
Provide HR support to leaders on developing and growing their teams
Manage local policies and local agreements regarding employment conditions and employee benefits
Ensure that global policies are implemented and adjusted according to local legislation
Be a strong advocate for our company values.
Even though this is a Nordic position, you can expect limited travel.
Your Profile / Qualifications
On a personal level, you value trust as the core of collaboration and the foundation for achieving results. You work independently and can balance a wide variety of tasks. Moreover, you have strong negotiation and networking skills. Finally, you are proactive, take initiative and follow through.
You have experience acting as a sounding board for managers and employees, and you are comfortable engaging with colleagues at all organisational levels.
Finally, we imagine that you have:
Several years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role
Profound knowledge of country-specific labour relations and labour laws relevant to Denmark and at least one of the other Nordic countries
Experience collaborating in a virtual team
A bachelor's or master’s degree in e.g., organisational psychology, business administration, law, or human resources
Strong communication skills in English and Danish (or another Nordic language)
