Our team is responsible for leveraging the data and analytics technologies to provide transparency and uncover hidden opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements in the Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) Division - Service organization.
You’ll be able to influence how we work as you’ll be working closely with the leadership team and decision-makers who will draw upon your input
Thuy Van Le Nguyen, Service Analytics Manager.
Located in Copenhagen area, Denmark, you will be part of a team of experienced data specialists. You will focus on Service Supply Chain area and work closely with various departments and stakeholders to support the improvement of our delivery performance and service excellence.
Your responsibilities and tasks will be:
Collaborate with Service Operations, Global Supply Chain and local Supply Chain leadership to understand Service processes and collect data in different ERP systems and maintain Performance dashboards globally
Translate business requirements into IT change requests and manage change requests to automate existing analytics tools and ETL processes
Conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within the service operations areas and utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner
Utilize and scale up the usage of advanced analytics and AI technologies to drive improvements in service operations in the division (ex: demand forecast, etc.)
Support onboarding and training business users in using analytics tools
Support ad hoc data analysis for supply chain transformation projects.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Data specialist with excellent communication skills
In this role, collaboration is the key to success, as you will are part of a large and global organization with diverse tools and systems landscape. It is not only about analyzing data but also understanding service business processes to develop actionable analytics and managing change requests for solution development by IT colleagues.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
Hold Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
Have minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, preferably within an industrial service context with proven track record of supporting supply chain performance improvement and / or transformation projects
Have experience with supply chain management software and ERP system, preferably SAP S4/HANA
Excellent storytelling skills, able to translate data into actionable insights
Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
Are flexible for travel – up to 20%
