Do you enjoy the versatility of a broad HR role? Are you seeking responsibility and opportunities to build on your HR skills in a Nordic context? As our new HR Business Partner, Nordics, your primary location will be at our Skanderborg office. You will become part of a team of 3 HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Partner, and a student worker, who are all located at our office in Søborg.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR advisor for our Nordic line managers by ensuring smooth execution of the entire employee life cycle. You will also support the implementation of our global HR agenda, processes, and initiatives, considering local requirements in the Nordic region (i.e., Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).
You can look forward to a broad role that covers full-spectrum of HR tasks, from hands-on participation in recruitment to leadership sparring – and everything in between. In the day-to-day operations, you will get administrative, back-office support from our HR Operations team in Germany.
