Globant GUT is seeking a Senior Visual Designer for our Copenhagen office. In this role you will spearhead the creative vision and execution of visual design projects, ensuring they align with our client’s brand and campaign identities as well as business objectives. You will support the Creative Director in leading a team of designers, providing direction and mentorship to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions across digital and print platforms.
You will get the chance to:
Develop and oversee the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support management to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives.
Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our design strategies.
What will help you succeed:
Proven experience as a Senior Art Director or Visual Designer Lead, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence.
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A passion for storytelling and creating visually engaging experiences that resonate with audiences.
Proven experience or a strong interest in AI.
