Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for user experience and content design? Do you enjoy shaping digital experiences that engage and inform audiences? Globant GUT is seeking a hands-on UX strategist for our Copenhagen office. This role will support our content team in delivering high-quality strategies for our clients.
As a UX Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping content-driven experiences that are user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and content strategists to craft digital experiences that meet the needs of both users and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles, content structure, and how users interact with digital platforms—with high focus on the healthcare space.
You will get the chance to:
Define and implement UX and Content Strategies that optimize content and user flows across digital platforms.
Plan and Execute Information Architecture (IA) for bigger .COM sites and sitemaps for smaller digital experiences.
Structure and organize content effectively to improve navigation, usability, and findability.
Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize user flows and content placement.
Analyze site structures, navigation, and content frameworks to enhance usability and engagement.
Work closely with designers, content teams and developers to ensure cohesive and effective experiences.
Leverage user insights, competitive research, and analytics to inform UX recommendations.
Confidently discuss UX strategies, best practices, and recommendations with clients, helping them understand and implement user-centered solutions.
Clearly communicate strategic decisions through annotations, wireframes, and documentation for internal teams, and prepare compelling presentations for clients.
What will help you succeed:
2-5 years of experience in UX strategy, content strategy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and content design.
Experience with wireframing, IA planning, and executing structured content strategies.
Experience working in Figma and ability to annotate layouts effectively.
Experience with larger .com website structures and complex information architectures is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to drive decisions.
Experience in the healthcare industry or regulated industries is a plus.
