Student Assistants for either Recruitment or Development GN is looking for two self-driven Student Assistants to join People & Culture, focusing on either Talent Attraction (Recruitment) or DEI & Talent and Leadership Development. As a Student Assistant within Talent Attraction, you will: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers for lower-level positions, helping to align their recruitment strategies with specific needs and challenging decisions to ensure the best fit, incl. writing and posting job ads, screening and sometimes interviewing. Update recruitment process templates, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment processes. Handle ad-hoc inquiries and support various tasks within the recruitment team, contributing to the overall recruitment efforts. Key skills required to perform well in this role are basic knowledge of recruitment, as well as well-developed communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. As a Student Assistant within DEI, Talent & Leadership Development, you will: Organize and administer GN’s development programs, supporting the growth and learning of GN's talent pipeline. Take ownership of GN’s Global Mentorship Program, incl. pairing, onboarding, following up and evaluating the program. Assist in driving DEI initiatives, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Handle ad-hoc inquiries and support various tasks within the development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective development planning. Key skills required to perform well in this role are basic knowledge of HR development, as well as well-developed communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. To thrive in the role, we imagine that you: Are interested in HR / People & Culture. May have some experience from a previous role. Have a structured and organized mindset as you are expected to execute with precision. Have at least two years remaining in your studies. Possibly on your way to study an MA program in HRM, Communications, Psychology, Project Management, Administration, or another related field Exhibit a methodical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. Are proficient in MS Office and have good communication skills in English. Possess the ability to assimilate new concepts effectively.
