Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be the voice of the customer, working directly with clients to ensure their success while collaborating closely with internal teams. Your proactive, customer-first mindset will help you anticipate needs, solve problems, and build lasting relationships that make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full ownership of customer journeys, ensuring alignment and driving outcomes.
  • Advocating for customer needs, challenging the status quo, and making sure their voices are heard.
  • Using your problem-solving skills to creatively find solutions and deliver results.
  • Driving alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure customers’ goals are met.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, balancing empathy with professionalism.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A natural ability to build relationships, navigate different perspectives, and provide solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • A growth mindset – you’re always learning, adapting, and embracing change.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a technical or sales-driven environment.
