Product Care Manager – Driving Lifecycle Excellence

Do you have a strong interest in ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic products throughout their entire lifecycle – from development to end-of-life?

As a Product Care Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our electronic products reliable, efficient, and optimized through all stages of their lifetime.
One of your key responsibilities will be to support and drive the scaling of manufacturing – including outsourcing and supplier readiness – to ensure robust, cost-effective production setups. You’ll also manage sustaining tasks, end-of-life planning, and documentation work, and help coordinate continuous improvements across teams and stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Product Care Manager, you will focus on supporting released products and ensuring they remain scalable, well-documented, and production-ready throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues from R&D, production, and supply chain.

Your tasks will include:

  • Drive manufacturing scaling and outsourcing – take the lead in supporting production scale-up and supplier readiness, ensuring efficient and quality-driven manufacturing processes
  • Own and drive the product lifecycle – from development to end-of-life, with a focus on long-term product quality and readiness
  • Lead sustaining projects – identify and implement technical improvements to optimize existing products
  • Plan and coordinate Last Time Buy and End-of-Life processes – working closely with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and RMA processes – keeping documentation up to date and ensuring effective handling of returned materials

What We Are Looking For

You have a background in electronics and experience with production, testing, and maintaining technical products. You are used to working across teams and leading technical projects, while also being keen on improving processes and maintaining consistent product quality.

Ideally, you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in a role focused on product maintenance, quality assurance, or project management
  • Have experience in driving sustaining engineering projects, optimizing and improving existing products
  • Are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and R&D
  • Have experience with technical documentation, test descriptions, and process improvements
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
