Are you passionate about creating a safe and sustainable work environment? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Site HSE Manager to join our team in the Nordic cluster. This role is all about ensuring top-notch health, safety, and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and refine our HSE management system.
• Review and manage customer HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and update essential HSE documentation.
• Participate in site-level meetings and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual HSE requirements.
• Produce and present HSE reports for project reviews.
• Support subcontractors in meeting HSE standards.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with HSE tasks in projects.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Strong skills in drafting HSE technical documentation.
• Professional local HSE certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A self-driven, team-oriented attitude.

Additional information:

• Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
• Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
• Work setup: Hybrid
