Key responsibilities:

Support development, implementation and optimization processes that support Hempel's people performance and culture goals, which ultimately will help Hempel succeed with it business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across P&C to ensure that performance and culture aligns with P&C processes. This includes to support design, implementation and adoption, governance, annual execution and continuous improvement

  • You will be part of the Culture and performance team that drive People & Culture development projects and initiatives that focus on enabling Hempel‘s performance culture
  • You will play a role in developing, driving and supporting various strategic initiatives that sustain high performance at people, team, and organizational level together
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to act as knowledge expert (SME) for employee and team engagement. This involves:
  • Develop and implement engagement strategy and approach that support Hempel's employee engagement goals
  • Drive the implementation and anchoring of Hempel's global engagement survey across the organization
  • Generate insights about employee engagement
  • Develop and implement initiatives that support employee engagement
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across P&C to ensure that performance and engagement aligns with P&C processes. This includes to implementation, adoption, governance, annual wheel execution and continuous improvement
  • You will also support to develop and advance the organizational health approach and measurement in Hempel

Key tasks:

  • Contribute with your knowledge and expertise within employee engagement
  • Develop and drive the implementation of Hempel's new engagement survey, and process.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improvement and progress against our engagement and organizational health goals
  • Provide training to managers and people partners on people engagement and survey best practice
  • Partnering with people partners and HRIS to ensure that process and survey solution is clear, executed and aligned with organizational engagement goals
  • Advise people partners and leaders on engagement approach in Hempel.
  • Contribute with your knowledge and expertise within employee engagement
  • Develop and drive the implementation of Hempel's new engagement survey, and process.

  • Work closely with other COEs such as Talent, Development and Rewards to ensure concept and process fully supports other P&C and business processes
  • Track process adoption and identify actions / initiatives to ensure sustained adoption and changed behaviors

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Relevant academic degree at Master level
  • Experience with performance management and/or people engagement
  • Experience from driving global P&C processes in other global organisations, involving activities related to effective adoption and execution
