We are in an exciting growth phase where paid social media plays a crucial role in reaching our target audiences. We are looking for a structured, strategic, and data-driven Paid Social Media Specialist who can help optimize and execute high-performing campaigns across social platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they contribute to our overall marketing goals. Your primary tasks will include:

• Campaign Execution & Optimization:Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversions, etc.) and provide insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Budget Management:Ensure efficient allocation and spending of paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
• A/B Testing & Analysis:Conduct testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration:Work closely with the creative, content, and broader marketing teams to align paid strategies with organic initiatives.
• Industry Trends & Best Practices:Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media advertising trends.

Our New Team Player

We imagine that our Paid Social Media Specialist has at least 2-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising and is skilled in campaign management, performance analysis, and budget optimization. We also value:

• Analytical Mindset:Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns based on performance insights, and provide recommendations.
• Creativity & Innovation:A strong understanding of creative ad formats and what drives engagement in paid media.
• Project Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Technical Expertise:Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Self-Driven & Proactive Approach:A high level of initiative and independence in problem-solving.
