Student Business Assistant (EHS)

Job Summary It is an exciting time to be part of the IFF family! We are a global leader in taste, scent and nutrition, offering our customers a broad range of solutions, and we are now looking for Student Assistant to join us for a part time administrative job in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). We offer you the opportunity to join an international working environment, where you will be working alongside professionals of different fields from more than 20 nationality backgrounds. We estimate the work in this role to cover a minimum of 10 working hours per week on average, with a maximum of 19 working hours per week. This is an amazing opportunity for an active student to gain valuable working experience while also making a significant impact on the working environment! Key tasks/main responsibilities: Administrative tasks, such as preparing PowerPoints and reports, handling data collection, proof-reading and intranet updates, and other related tasks Planning business meetings and events Acting as the first point of contact for various EHS requests Administrating and maintaining data, processes, and documents Monitoring changes in Danish EHS legislation and IFF corporate standards Covering various ad-hoc tasks, such as systematization of archives, support to launch of EHS projects We are looking for an energetic person who likes to organize, handle, optimize and carry out the daily tasks. You enjoy administrative work, and the planning of and follow-up on activities come naturally. Our corporate language is English, but we also communicate in Danish, so you need excellent Danish and English skills both spoken and in writing. Furthermore, you have good IT skills. Our daily tools are mainly Microsoft Office and SAP. You might be a university student with an international outlook. Your structured mindset ensures a high degree of efficiency and that you stay on the task until it is completed in high quality and with a keen eye for details. You are a great communicator with a proactive and flexible mindset, and you keep deadlines.
