WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT:
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• continuously analysing webshop performance and identifying areas for improvement
• creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and refine UX/UI based on data insights
• collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align business goals with user needs
• writing conversion-focused UX copy that improves engagement and clarity
• conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability audits to optimise our webshop

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING:
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• has at least one year of experience in UX within e-commerce
• has at least one year of experience with A/B testing and CRO
• brings 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a mobile-first approach
• takes a data-informed approach to UX, usability, and conversion optimisation
• is proficient in Figma and UX research methods
• is fluent in English, both written and spoken
• works in a structured, detail-oriented way
