Here is what the job entails
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide targeted legal services towards our sales activities and drive the contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, drafting, reviewing and dispute resolution.

Your legal service responsibilities include:

• Participate in tender processes as part of the bid team, providing practical legal advice on strategic commercial initiatives both domestically and internationally
• Develop practice-oriented solutions to minimize legal risks and drive continuous improvements
• Provide expert advice on claims and conflict resolution
• Conduct contract awareness training for colleagues, fostering a strong culture of contract lifecycle management
• Promote the adoption of legal tech tools to enhance self-service capabilities and streamline processes

Less about us, more about you
We are looking for commercially savvy Senior Legal Counsel with a master’s in law or a master’s in business administration and commercial law.

In order to succeed we imagine that you have:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international industrial company and/or an international commercial law firm
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts including digital solutions and risk management
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and have a can-do mindset with demonstrated ability to simplify complex situations
