The role
As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the architecture behind our clients' digital platforms. Whether it’s AI-driven solutions, Umbraco implementations, or custom .NET applications, your expertise will ensure high-quality, scalable, and long-lasting technical solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, UX’ers, project managers, and clients to align technology with business goals.

Additionally, you’ll lead a small but growing team of developers, helping to expand their competencies into new areas such as MarTech in the future.

Who are you
We hope you see yourself as someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where technology and business go hand in hand. You enjoy both designing scalable solutions and guiding others to achieve their full potential. You bring technical expertise, but you also have a good sense of teamwork and leadership.

More specifically, we hope you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in web development or solution architecture, ideally in an agency setting.
• Have worked with .NET-based platforms like Umbraco, Sitecore, or custom .NET solutions.
• Enjoy leading and mentoring a team, helping colleagues grow while keeping projects on track.
• Are comfortable in collaborating with project managers, designers, and UX’ers to define solutions that truly make an impact.
• Have hands-on experience with both backend and frontend technologies such as C#, TypeScript, React/Vue, and HTML/CSS.
• Have a solid understanding of integrations, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party systems like CRMs and payment gateways.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and love bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Have a structured approach to coding standards, development best practices, and documentation.
• Are a great communicator who can inspire and motivate both clients and team members.

If you have experience with headless setups in Next.js or Nuxt.js, or have worked with remote teams, that’s a definitely a plus!
