We are hiring a student worker for our Local Community Engagement team (LCE) as part of our Social Responsibility team in the Billund office starting from June 2025. The position is for a minimum of 15-20 hours pr. week and requires the ability to work from our Billund office a minimum of 2 days a week around your studies .
Location: Billund
Core responsibilities:
Support the LCE team in delivering Learning through Play events and activities with focus on recruiting and onboarding LEGO colleagues as volunteers.
Deliver on our internal reporting of volunteers engaged and children impacted and making sure we are always up to date.
Engage in coordination and direct contact with selected partners/NGOs.
Keep our online catalogue ( Sharepoint ) of playful activities up to date in close collaboration with warehouse management.
Manage our warehouse resources in Billund to help facilitate LCE activation.
D evelop packing activities for LEGO volunteers at our warehouse in Billund.
Write and lay-out materials for internal communication purposes such as posts on internal web and volunteering platform, announcements on office screens, newsletters ao .
Provide additional administrative support to the LCE DK team and play your part in our team succeeding.

You will join the Social Responsibility Team in Billund, Denmark. Your focus is on the Local Community Engagement ('LCE') program. Aim of the LCE program is to make a positive impact on the lives of children in the local communities where the LEGO Group employees live and work. With Learning through Play activities, we support different NGO’s and organizations that work with children in vulnerable positions.
To succeed in this job, you must have a personal drive to get things done to the highest possible quality combined with a great attention to detail. You are open to working across cultures and interested in play and learning. You have a curious and collaborative mindset and are not afraid to ask questions to accelerate your own learning. We have a very open , down-to-earth and fun working environment.
Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point is a great advantage .
Have great communication skills – both in Danish and English.
Are organized and able to handle multiple projects at one time.
Are a quick learner with good time management skills.
Like to have fun working in a team and contributing to a playful team environment .
We are flexible in working hours and expect you to be the same.
