The Role: We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of campaign strategy and execution across all 7 of our markets. From ideation to post-campaign analysis, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging campaigns that speak to beauty lovers everywhere. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce. In this role your main responsibilities will be Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each of our 7 country markets. Align campaign activities with overall business goals and marketing strategy. Collaborate with teams across performance marketing, creative, CRM, buying and merchandising to deliver cohesive campaigns. Leverage strong understanding of beauty trends, product seasonality, and customer behaviour to build relevant and timely campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign success, and apply insights to future planning. Develop, activate and evaluate sponsored campaigns to ensure our direct brands get the best possible growth conditions Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all markets and channels. We think you are/have You’re a beauty enthusiast—you keep up with trends, launches, and know your serums from your setting sprays. Strong analytical skills, with deep understanding for ecommerce metrics Minimum 1-2 years of experience in campaign marketing in e-commerce. Strong understanding of seasonality in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty industry. Proven ability to work across multiple markets with cultural nuance and market-specific tactics. Highly organized, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Fluent in English; additional northern European languages are a plus.
