The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven and eager-to-learn E-commerce Specialist to join our Marketing & E-commerce team. In this role, you’ll optimize e-commerce operations across all 7 markets, focusing on improving performance, driving conversion, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure our digital storefront runs smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce.
In this role your main responsibilities will be
Optimize the e-commerce experience across all markets
Develop initiatives to increase user experience, conversion rate, and average order value.
Handling category tree, SEO related tasks, product recommendations and ecommerce purchase flow
Monitor and report on key e-commerce KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure a consistent and localized customer experience across markets, aligning with our brand identity and commercial goals.
We think you are/have
A true e-commerce enthusiast with a passion for optimizing user journeys and driving online sales.
Analytical, with an understanding of e-commerce metrics and tools
Have some experience working in e-commerce.
A structured thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Collaborative mindset
Fluent in English; additional Northern European languages are a plus.
Experience working across multiple country markets and understanding of local nuances is considered a plus.
