About Us: Menzies Aviation Copenhagen's Eventyr Lounge, opened in 2017, offers high standards, bright rooms, and a panoramic view. We aim to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Job Details:

• Part-time: Minimum 60 hours over 4 weeks, with potential for more.
• Shifts: Mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Create a first-class lounge atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Interact with guests and assess their needs.
• Check guest identification.
• Handle and prepare food and beverages.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Replenish supplies.
• Clear and clean tables.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Use of a dishwashing machine

Requirements:

• Empathetic, team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in high-standard service (restaurant or retail preferred).
• Calm under pressure.
• Must be able to successfully complete a expanded background check.
• Basic IT skills.
• Flexible, stable, and punctual.
