SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator for a new established role in the Global Sales Operations team. As Coordinator you are supporting our Global Contract Sales Team, reporting to the Manager Sales Operations Contract. The expected start date is as soon as possible.
Your key responsibilities
As Sales Operations Coordinator Contract you are an important link between our Contract Sales Team, our Product Compliance Team and Sales Management. Your main responsibility is to coordinate knowledge sharing on various compliance areas and structuring our global customer information enabling the global sales team to work effectively with new and existing business partners.
Your tasks include:
Maintain structure and operate our global customer database and their terms & pricing agreement across countries.
Secure knowledge sharing and alignment across the sales organization regarding Global customers (End-Customer creations)
Coordinate the official statements on sustainability and compliance questions from our customers together with our compliance team (SCR – Special Compliance)
Keep our internal compliance training materials updated.
Prepare all contract promotion activities according to year plan and maintain these in our systems.
Support Sales management with weekly or monthly KPI updates and follow up on the project pipeline for all markets.
Support the Manager of Global Contract Sales Operations in various projects.
Your profile
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, providing an understanding of the sales organization and the commercial agenda working with (ideally) B2B customer relationships
Bachelor’s degree, Markedsføringsøkonom or similar education
Passion for the furniture industry paired with an interest in product compliance.
Service-minded and organized working style, with a strength in prioritization and keeping deadlines
Fast learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively
Strong communication skills, team-player attitude and ability to collaborate with all teams across the organization
Fluent English and Danish, oral and written.
ERP, CRM and business warehouse experience is an advantage.
