On behalf of CIP Fund Solutions, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the Process Excellence team, where you will play an important role in business-critical projects enabling the strategy often with elements of IT and data. This is a unique opportunity work with the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments.

You will report to the Head of Process Excellence, in a team of five people acting as our internal consultancy hub.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Project management of prioritized projects throughout the lifecycle from idea initiation to implementation, including
  • Acting as facilitator and coordinator between project owners, key stakeholders, and potentially external vendors
  • Driving projects forward, maintain momentum and ensure that the expected change is anchored in the organization
  • Supporting and promoting a project execution and change management culture across the CIP Platform

• Ad-hoc advisory and support on leadership requests for materials, workshops, facilitation etc.
• Process design and optimization, through as-is mapping, to-be analysis and implementation
• Support the continuous development of our strategic roadmap and prioritization of initiatives

Job requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a relevant academic degree, such as in Business, Finance, IT, or Data Science, and has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A background in management consulting is considered highly advantageous.

The candidate should have extensive experience in strategy development and project management, particularly those involving system implementations and process optimization, and demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable solutions. The candidate must have experience in ensuring that projects progress, goals are achieved, and benefits are realized.

Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential for presenting information clearly and concisely, with significant attention to visual presentation.

Moreover, the ideal candidate should have experience with strategic communication and change management. The candidate must excel in stakeholder management during transformations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of stakeholders’ needs and strong interpersonal skills.

The Team

The Project Manager will join the Process Excellence team, a small and dynamic team consisting of five members. The team is an internal consultancy hub, managing business-critical in-house projects that support the execution of the strategy, often involving elements of IT and data. The team strives to be visible to stakeholders and enjoys collaboration internally in the team and cross-functionally and therefore we aim to work onsite at the office every day.
