On behalf of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to ensure comprehensive financial oversight. This is a unique opportunity to join the CI Capital team at the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments. As Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the Accounting and Controlling team in a dynamic and expanding family office. You will play a key role in developing and professionalizing the finance function while supporting the administration of 55 entities tied to the Senior Partners.
As Senior Finance Manager, you will work closely with a Controller and a Senior Accountant, both reporting to you. You will report directly to Director – Head of Finance and be part of the CI Capital leadership team.

Hands-On Finance Leader with Expertise with Complex Ownership Structures
We expect you to have a master’s degree in accounting or finance and bring at least two years of experience as a people manager, along with min 7. years of hands-on experience in relevant finance roles. Ideally, your background includes audit experience (Big4), combined with experience in a family office, private equity, financial institution, SME, asset management, or similar environment. Proficiency in both Danish and English is a requirement.
You have a deep understanding of Danish GAAP/IFRS and are well-versed in Danish tax regulations, working closely with external tax advisors when needed.
Given the complex ownership structures across the Senior Partners and their entities, your role will involve complex issues that will challenge your competencies and require you to acquire new knowledge on an ongoing basis.

The Team
The CI Capital team is responsible for managing the Senior Partners’ ownership of CIP. Additionally, the team consolidates the Senior Partners’ increasing investments in CIP-managed funds and other ventures, while continuously professionalizing family office activities. The family office currently consists of 10-12 professionals, working in a highly specialized and evolving environment.
