Contract & Claims Manager

We are looking for a Contract and Claims Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee contractual obligations, analyze and implement contract modifications, and negotiate financial and time-related claims. Apply and grow with us!

Your new workday will include:

• Overseeing contract execution, monitoring deadlines, managing project settlements, and preparing key contractual correspondence;
• Analyzing and implementing contract modifications;
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and preparing cost estimates for additional work;
• Preparing and negotiating time and financial claims;
• Assessing the impact of events on project schedules and costs, as well as defending against third-party claims;
• Collaborating with project and supervisory teams to minimize contractual risks;
• Developing negotiation strategies and representing the company in dealings with clients and subcontractors;

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in civil engineering, construction engineering, law, or a related discipline;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering, design, or construction industry;
• Knowledge of contract procedures and experience in claims management;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Familiarity with construction law, industry regulations, and standards;
• Experience working with technical and contractual documentation;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proficiency in English and Polish;
