About the role
As a Graduate you will embark on a journey rotating through 2-3 departments in our project management area. You’ll gain hands-on experience equipping you with a diverse and relevant skill set to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical engineering sector. Over the two years working alongside industry professionals, you will gain comprehensive insights into the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, quality assurance, compliance, and Health and Safety Environment standards.

Supported by a structured training, leadership courses, and real-world project exposure, you will build the skills needed to work within project management. This program is perfect for ambitious graduates eager to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

In this program, you will learn how to combine essential project management skills with your technical skillset. This could be skills such as leadership, communication, time management, risk management, and problem-solving. It could also be expertise in budgeting, planning, quality management, adaptability, and team collaboration. All in all, we wish to be preparing you for a successful career in managing engineering projects, based on these core elements:

  • Three rotations (8 months each): Work across key departments, including Project Management, Project Quality Management, Engineering management, Construction management, Site HSE and Project controls.
  • Cross-functional learning: Gain a deep understanding of project execution, planning, and controls.
  • Professional development: Participate in a structured development program with both on-the-job learning and leadership courses.
  • Networking & social events: Connect with peers and industry experts through monthly gatherings.
  • Career growth: A clear path to a key role in a high-impact industry.

  • Recently graduated from a technical university with a MSc. or BSc. Degree (0-1 year of experience)
