About the role
You will be part of a committed team of 20 passionate
colleagues in our Management Support team. As a team we are collaborating
closely with our management team, providing crucial support to ensure their time
is managed efficiently with a focus on overall priorities and key business
processes.
Why do we need you? As Management Assistant you
will be a trusted partner for one of our management teams, consisting of a director
and several managers providing daily support within administration and HR,
financial and reporting activities and meeting and event coordination.
Your workplace will be at our office in Virum,
but the role will require that you work from our site in Kalundborg at least one
day a week.

How you might spend your days
As a Management Assistant, you’ll be:
- Playing a major part in budget activities as responsible for preparing
and updating budgets in department (Anker budget and
Rolling Estimates)
- Assisting in recruitment and
onboarding of new employees, calendar management, correspondence, and HR
related tasks
- Preparing reports and ensuring
system approvals on expense handling, time registration e.g.
- Facilitating and leading
management meetings as well as preparing and following up on agendas,
presentations, minutes of meeting and actions
- Responsible for planning
and coordinating internal and external activities, events and workshops ensuring
that all activities are maintained within deadline
- Assisting in internal
communication and externally in the organization
- Participate
in strategy planning & execution, follow up on KPI's

- You have min. 3 years of experience from a similar position
- Excellent MS Office
knowledge and curios about getting to know other systems and tools
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong language and communication skills
- Excellent in both Danish and English
