About The Role
Join us as an Associate Quality Engineer and become part of a team of experienced Quality Engineers and Project Quality Managers. You’ll support large, cross-disciplinary pharma projects, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real project execution from the beginning.

How You Might Spend Your Days
As an Associate Quality Engineer, you’ll:
- Work closely with experienced colleagues to plan and execute quality activities
- Drive quality processes in complex engineering projects across disciplines
- Interact with customers, suppliers, project teams, and other stakeholders
- Support with reviews, and support our disciplines in handling quality related issues
- Learn about project quality frameworks and international quality standards
- Take part in team development and contribute to our collaborative culture
- Occasionally travel, both internationally (e.g., supplier visits) and domestically to our Kalundborg site

- A degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or
- another relevant field
- Some hands-on experience from student jobs, internships, or academic projects
- A strong interest in quality activities and pharma production
