About The Department
The department Quality Control Analytical is a part of the Aseptic Manufacturing, Science and Technology area (AMSAT). The department with more than 60 employees is organized into three teams and conducts a wide variety of chemical analyses on obesity and diabetes products, serving as a final quality barrier before these reach our patients.
The Position
You will join the equipment team responsible for all analytical equipment needed to conduct the analyses in our department. Our equipment inventory includes 46 HPLC/UPLCs, microscopes, pH meters, balances, pipettes, and more. As Equipment QC Professional in Quality Control Analytical, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly developing equipment team. You will work alongside 5 professionals, 8 laboratory technicians, and a dedicated team leader.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Qualifying and implementing new analytical equipment
· Troubleshooting and providing support for equipment-related issues
· Conducting annual life-cycle-management to assess and respond to equipment trends
· Driving optimization of equipment processes through innovation including LEAN methodology, digital tools and automation
· Presenting of equipment-related documentation during inspections and audits
In this role, you will also be involved in change requests, deviations, and SOP updates as we work under GMP requirements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
· An academic degree within science, technology, engineering, or similar field
· Experience working with equipment in a GMP environment (preferably with exposure to HPLC, UPLC, etc.)
· Preferably exposure to systems like LIMS, TIMS, (familiarity with Empower 3 will be an advantage), and a natural flair for IT
· A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude, combined with technical skills and a strong interest in technology
· Professional proficiency in English and Danish

You have excellent communication skills and can establish and nurture relationships across teams and departments.
