We’re looking for a dedicated Validation Professional to join our team — someone who’s not only skilled in the science of validation, but also excited to collaborate, innovate, and lead with a quality-first mindset.
The position
In this role, you’ll take the driver’s seat to validate new transport solutions within our global logistics network.
As our Validation Professional, you will:
In this role you are going to work across functions and borders, partnering with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet (and exceed) the highest standards — keeping products safe, effective, and compliant from start to finish.

About the department
Global Logistics & Distribution (GL&D) is a central Supply Chain & Business Development organisation in Product Supply, managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes and Finance. We are app. 80 employees in Bagsvaerd (DK) and 10 in Bangalore (India)
The area is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing the environmental footprint with the financial impact.
