We’re seeking an individual that’s obsessed about growth hacking, thinks creatively and can execute ideas end-to-end. We imagine this role being a mixture of marketing and sales enablement. We expect you to take the lead on creative initiatives to drive growth.

You’ll work closely with our technical and commercial team, so they can give you all the support you need to succeed.

About the role

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives on various channels (social media, content marketing, email campaigns, referral programs etc.).

  • Do Hubspot magic and 10x our current sales ops

  • Optimize the entire user journey to increase customer acquisition and general engagement

  • Be data-driven and drive a high performing growth strategy, experiment and do split tests for various hypotheses

Who you are

  • Based in/near Copenhagen: This role requires physical presence in our CPH office.

  • Fluent in English (Danish and German is a big plus)

  • Proven experience in growth-, digital- or product marketing, preferably SaaS

  • Creative and not afraid of making mistakes, you would rather move fast and execute while learning

  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
