Marketing Academy Manager City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: 30-04-2025 As Marketing Academy Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Strategy and CMO Office team and responsible for setting the direction and leading the end-to-end delivery of our Global Marketing Academy. The Academy launched in 2021, with the aim of providing all of our talented marketers with a platform to grow their skills in an ever-evolving discipline.
You will own the strategy, development, and execution of the Academy, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with the latest marketing thinking, capability needs, and business priorities. In addition, you will contribute to broader team initiatives within the Strategy and CMO Office , supporting strategic planning and capability development across the function. You will also have responsibilities in the area of Change Management and Responsible Marketing.
