As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our team’s performance, overseeing daily operations while motivating team members to deliver top-notch service and quality pizzas. With your leadership skills, you'll foster a positive work environment and ensure our customers leave with smiles on their faces and cravings satisfied.

What You’ll Be DoingOperational Leadership:

• Step into the Deputy Manager’s shoes and lead the shift in their absence, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise daily operations, from the kitchen to customer service, ensuring that we meet our high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Organize and conduct team huddles to prepare the crew for the shift, instilling energy and focus, in every team member.

Team Performance Management:

• Mentor and support team members on a day-to-day basis, providing constructive feedback and recognition to help them excel in their roles.
• Create a positive atmosphere by promoting teamwork and collaboration, ensuring that everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and Pizza Hut standards to ensure everyone is set up for success.

Customer Service Champion:

• Be the frontline ambassador for our customers—engage with them, address their needs, and ensure every pizza is served with a smile!
• Handle any customer concerns or issues that arise during the shift, resolving them swiftly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery drivers and third-party services like Uber Eats to ensure timely delivery and flawless service.

Quality and Safety Assurance:

• Monitor food preparation and service consistently to uphold Pizza Hut’s high-quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular checks on the cleanliness of the restaurant and food safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a food service or supervisory role is preferred, but a passion for leadership and quality service is essential!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with team members and customers alike.
• Ability to lead by example, inspiring team members and creating a positive atmosphere during every shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure our store shines during peak times!
