As a Pizza Hut Team Member, you’ll be an integral part of the action, creating mouthwatering pizzas and ensuring they reach our guests in perfect condition. What You’ll Be DoingPizza Preparation & Cooking:

• Combine fresh ingredients and secret recipes to craft delicious pizzas that meet our quality standards.
• Using tools and training provided by us, you’ll deliver consistent pizzas that look and taste incredible.
• Master the art of cooking, from spreading the sauce to adding the perfect toppings and ensuring a golden crust!
• Keep your workstation clean and organized, because a tidy space equals top-notch pizzas!

Customer Service Excellence

• Greet customers with a warm smile and provide service that’s as fantastic as our pizzas! Every time, serving up customer service the Pizza Hut way.
• Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure timely pickups, supporting our third-party partners like Uber Eats and others.
• Handle customer requests efficiently—whether in-person or over the phone, you’ll be the voice of Pizza Hut!

Team Collaboration & Support

• Work alongside your fellow team members to keep the kitchen humming and the dining area sparkling!
• Participate in team huddles, sharing ideas and insights to improve our operations and the pizza experience!
• Be adaptable—whether you’re making pizzas, prepping ingredients, or serving customers, your versatility will shine!

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Ensure all pizzas and products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain food safety practices and a clean working environment.
• Completion of all necessary training and eLearning to support your growth and development in your role, with opportunities to progress your career, your way.
• Learn and apply Pizza Hut’s safety procedures so that everyone stays safe while enjoying our pizza-making fun!

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food service is a plus, but a passion for pizza and a willingness to learn are what really matter! No experience? No problem – full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a cheerful attitude—because a friendly approach makes every customer visit special!
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet our busy Pizza Hut demands!
