Training Partner – PQA Focus (12-Month Contract)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development in complex project environments? We’re seeking a dedicated Training Partner to support Project Quality Assurance (PQA) within a major life sciences expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive training excellence in a high-profile brownfield project.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the training needs of the PQA function, reporting directly to the PQA Project Director. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage training activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support new learning initiatives across the project.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the assignment of relevant training curricula to employees within your supported teams.
- Collaborate with fellow training partners to define training priorities for new hires.
- Lead and support onboarding processes, including non-GMP training aspects.
- Help shape and execute the training strategy for the expansion project.
- Promote consistency in training requirements across departments and workstreams.
- Assist in the creation and updating of training content for eLearning, instructor-led courses, and on-the-job training (OJT).
- Contribute to training-related metrics and system updates (ComplianceWire and EIDA).
- Support the identification and availability of qualified trainers for OJT and instructor-led sessions.
- Act as the main point of contact for training-related queries within your team(s).
- Provide input to the project’s Quality Risk Register and liaise with the local learning department on broader learning initiatives.
What You Bring:
- A strong technical foundation, ideally within life sciences or a regulated industry.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in brownfield projects.
- Familiarity with training systems and learning management tools such as ComplianceWire and EIDA.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting quality and training in complex settings.
