Training Specialist - QA Projects

Overview:

One of our most exciting clients are recruiting for a Project QA (PQA) Training Partner to join a high-impact life sciences project. This role plays a critical part in ensuring training excellence across quality functions, focusing on the successful onboarding and continuous development of personnel aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Leadership & Strategy

• Act as the dedicated training point of contact for the PQA function within a broader expansion program.
• Ensure employees are assigned the appropriate curricula based on role and responsibility.
• Work with cross-functional training partners to standardise and prioritise training requirements for new and existing staff.
• Define and support the training strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Support & Development

• Ensure availability and readiness of On-the-Job (OJT) and Instructor-Led Class (ILC) trainers.
• Assist in the development of training materials, including eLearning, ILC, and OJT content.
• Support creation and maintenance of training curricula and class structures.
• Collaborate closely with internal learning departments to align initiatives and maintain consistency.

Onboarding & Compliance

• Lead training efforts for onboarding new staff, including non-GMP training as relevant.
• Provide input into training metrics across systems such as ComplianceWire and EIDA.
• Contribute to quality risk assessments with insights related to training and learning compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in quality assurance, training coordination, or learning & development within a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Experience supporting complex projects or expansions within life sciences or biopharma.
• Knowledge of training systems and platforms (e.g., ComplianceWire, LMS tools).
