My client is a leader in renewable energy, focused on advancing Power-to-X (P2X) technologies to accelerate the global energy transition. We specialize in the conversion of renewable electricity into green hydrogen, synthetic fuels, and other carbon-neutral solutions.

Role Overview:

Project Director – P2X will lead the execution of large-scale Power-to-X projects across the Nordic region. This includes overseeing all project phases, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of innovative, sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale P2X projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient use of assets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental, and safety standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, with a focus on green hydrogen, electrolysis, or synthetic fuels,
• Strong knowledge of P2X technologies, regulatory requirements, and project management best practices.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
