Drive performance and accelerate growth
As an Associate Paid Search Specialist at s360, you'll gain deep insights into our clients' businesses and work closely with them to achieve their goals. You will drive paid search performance for a portfolio of clients and develop your skills as a part of a highly skilled team of experts.

Specifically, you can look forward to:

• Becoming a specialist within a growing field by learning from some of the best experts in the industry
• Planning, setting up and optimising paid search campaigns
• Co-creation with the client to ensure we consistently innovate, develop, and improve paid search performance
• Working with first-party data to ensure we maximize the impact of the advertising algorithms
• Daily optimization and maintenance of campaigns across clients and markets
• Managing budgets and ensuring clients are informed about insights and recommendations for improvements
• Leading client meetings
• Visualizing data and reporting on campaign performance

Eager to learn and always looking for growth opportunities
A key aspect of your role will be to identify growth opportunities and think innovatively. Therefore, we envision you as someone who is both ambitious and curious. You share our passion for paid search and have an interest and understanding of data and tech.

You can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• You are eager to get into the field or have spent the last 1-2 years working as a Paid Search specialist in an agency or in-house
• You have strong analytical and numerical skills and a proficiency within Excel/Sheets
• You are developing your project and client management skills
• You have strong communication skills and can explain difficult topics in an easy way
• You are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Fluent in Swedish (written and verbal)
• Relevant university degree within Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant area
