Drive performance and accelerate growth
As a Senior Paid Search Specialist at s360, you'll be part of a senior team and work with some of the most advanced brands and retailers in Sweden. You will drive innovation together with the clients and within s360, developing cutting-edge processes and technologies to solve paid search problems.

Specifically, you can look forward to:

• Leading paid search client engagements managing a portfolio of clients
• Translating business priorities into paid search strategies
• Planning, setting up and optimising paid search campaigns
• Co-creation with the client to ensure we consistently innovate, develop, and improve paid search performance
• Working with first-party data to ensure we maximize the impact of the advertising algorithms
• Daily optimization and maintenance of campaigns across clients and markets
• Working with channel innovation in Sweden and across s360

Eager to learn and always looking for growth opportunities
A key aspect of your role will be to identify growth opportunities and think innovatively. Therefore, we envision you as someone who is both ambitious and curious. You share our passion for paid search and have an interest and understanding of data and tech.

You can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• Have spent the last 4 years working as a Paid Search specialist in an agency or in-house
• Proven track-record of managing complex ecommerce clients
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and a proficiency within Excel/Sheets
• Project and client management skills
• Are a skilled communicator who thrives on engaging with clients both in person and digitally
• Are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Fluent in Swedish (written and verbal)
• Relevant university degree within Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant area
