Claim Adjuster

emagine is looking for a Claim Adjuster for one of our clients.

The Claim Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims related to cable cuts, acquiring damages from responsible parties.

Main responsibilities:

• Investigate claims related to cable cuts, including gathering evidence, documenting, and assessing damage.
• Evaluate the validity of claims and determine appropriate compensation.
• Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to verify the extent of damage and repair costs.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each claim.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Seeking settlements from the clients suppliers when their services failed.
• Assist in developing strategies to prevent future cable cuts and reduce claim frequency.

Functional skills:

• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Danish, verbally and in writing.
• Preferred, but not mandatory: Experience in insurance adjustment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
