emagine is looking for a Financial Controller with a strong analytical mindset, to focus on financial analysis, business performance monitoring, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategic business partnerships to enhance financial understanding.
• Being the key finance professional and trusted advisor of finance matters
• Evaluate market trends and provide insights for financial positioning.
• Providing actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business
• Manage financial performance through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Analyze weekly/monthly actual performance of the business and deviations compared to planned.
• Facilitate planning and forecasting by providing crucial financial data to the leadership.
• Validate and analyze the outcome and ensure realistic level of figures.
• Ensure that plans and forecasts are consolidated and reported forward in a timely manner and that deadlines are respected.
• Guide business leaders on financial performance and actions.
• Participate in broader analysis tasks and contribute to the Business Controlling Community.
• Maintain strong connections with other stakeholders.

Must Haves:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Professional qualifications relevant to finance.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and BI reporting tools.
