Senior Technical Strategist and Driver of Platform Management

emagine is seeking a Senior Technical Strategist for a client in the financial industry. The role is focused on defining a comprehensive platform foundation and governance framework essential for professional platform management. This position highlights key skills such as expertise in platform management, compliance, and strong presentation abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Drive the Platform Definition & Governance initiative to establish a coherent platform framework.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop a tailored platform management model.
• Enhance existing processes and leverage existing content related to platform governance.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and standards for Platform Owners, Providers, and Tenants.
• Create executive presentations and share insights on platform risk and compliance efforts.

Key Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in banking or financial services focused on technology strategy.
• Expertise in Platform Management with a deep understanding of multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong background in compliance, risk, and audit management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience operating within a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Architect or full-stack engineering background.
• Experience developing framework methodologies for platform management.
• Familiarity with knowledge sharing in platform risk and audit contexts.
