Grounded in our collaboration, curiosity, courage, and compassion values, we strive to challenge the status quo and invite you to team up with us.    Your role  As our Pathway Program Manager, you will lead, optimize, and implement a structured and centralized approach to candidate assessment, ensuring high standards, consistency, and fairness in evaluating potential Partners. Working closely with Partner Development, Recruitment, and Country Stakeholders, this role ensures that assessments align with business needs and that candidates receive valuable feedback and development opportunities. The Pathway Program Manager is also responsible for continuously improving the assessment processes, engaging key stakeholders, and elevating the candidate experience.    Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:  Lead and implement a consistent and centralized approach to assessing internal and external candidates for partnership.  Organize and lead assessment days, ensuring Specsavers is perceived as an attractive and professional employer.  Implement an assessment framework that ensures candidates possess the necessary leadership skills and business acumen to succeed as Partners, ensuring a fair, professional, and inclusive process.  Maintain an updated overview of candidates and ensure all candidates receive high-quality feedback, fostering their growth and readiness for partnership.  Engage with key stakeholders to promote and drive engagement in the assessment framework, fostering alignment, transparency, and active involvement.  Collaborate closely with business leaders and Recruitment to align assessment processes with business needs, ensuring transparency in candidate volume and procedures.  Establish and maintain a group of experienced Partners from various roles and countries to participate in candidate evaluations, supporting consistency and fairness.  Optimize and refine the assessment process in collaboration with country stakeholders, utilizing digital tools and assessment technologies to streamline the evaluation process.    This role involves occasional travel to engage with stakeholders and support the assessment process for Partner candidates.    Your new team  As our new Pathway Program Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Partner Development for Northern Europe. You’ll become an essential part of the vibrant Partner Development team, working closely with a group of talented and passionate colleagues.  Our team operates both on-site at our offices in the Northern Europe region (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, and Denmark) and embraces hybrid work, offering flexibility.
