Core Responsibilities
Lead marketing campaign development for the LEGO Icons and LEGO Architecture franchises/adult audience, from brief creation to execution, working closely with collaborators like the LEGO Agency, Markets, LEGO Branded Retail, and communication channel teams.
Engage with internal collaborators and key customers to implement the global marketing toolbox and track performance.
Manage day-to-day communication with external IP partners to ensure alignment and approval throughout the product and marketing development process and gather critical partner insights for campaign development.
Drive the LEGO Icons and LEGO Architecture selling-in process by highlighting key strengths and benefits of the portfolio and marketing plan, supporting market customer development teams.
Assist in the portfolio/product development process by analyzing data (e.g., NPS, Customer Service data, Concept and Portfolio Test) and discussing actionable insights with designers and the marketing lead.

You will play a crucial role in encouraging a new audience and category, improving the LEGO brand's relevance in the lives of adults, and exploring areas of passion such as Travel & History, Art & Deco, Entertainment IPs, Vehicles, Sports, and Science&Tech to name a few.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in marketing and brand development, with a focus on campaign development.
Proficient in both analytical and creative thinking—systematic in business planning and strategy development, and imaginative in driving communication and marketing campaigns.
Committed to achieving goals with strong decision-making, analytical, time management, and market innovation skills.
Excellent presentation and writing skills, capable of delivering compelling and concise messages that engage and inspire colleagues.
Collaborative teammate with the ability to drive conversations across diverse teams, including agency creatives, channel owners, product design teams, Global Insights team, and IP partners.
