Join us as the Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in crafting innovative communications that make a lasting impact!
As Senior Marketing Manager for the BOYS Consumer Group, you will spearhead some of our most high profile campaigns at the LEGO Group, impacting both culture and our business, collaborating with top talent from our LEGO Agency, Publicis One, our LEGO Ecosystem, Markets & Channels Organisation, as well as other key internal teams. You will also work closely with the Boys Marketing director helping transform how we do marketing at LEGO Group. Your responsibilities will moreover include:
Lead the development of tentpole Boys Audience cross franchise campaigns in partnership with our LEGO Agency, crafting the brief, strategy, creative development, channel & media thinking, campaign playbook and final delivery of assets to markets.
Partner with colleagues in markets and channels to bring on board market inputs during the campaign development process and ensure flawless execution across OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared & Paid Channels) in markets.
Work alongside our insights & portfolio team to define the priorities and portfolio to be featured in our campaigns, and work alongside our Retail and Shopper Marketing team who will be developing the shopper side of the campaign.
Drive Day to Day management of the cross-functional business team, facilitating collaboration, securing input at key gates, working closely with IP Partners and consolidating feedback to drive the campaign development process forward.
Set Clear important metrics and deliver best in class AARs (After Action Reviews), evaluating results and taking correcting measures along the way.
Innovate and pioneer new ways of working to deliver against cross franchise initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, have a strong pulse on business performance and competitor activity, translating insights into bold, strategic campaign decisions.
Be a passionate advocate for the LEGO brand, encouraging teams & rallying the business around our work to drive maximum ambition and impact.
The Boys audience is the Core of the LEGO Group, yet it comes along with a lot of complexity, so this team will help bring more alignment and impact by leading joint initiatives cross franchise.
Do you have what it takes?
Relevant experience in similar roles or clear potential for promotion.
Demonstrated track record of contributing to brand growth and successful campaigns.
Comfortable with modern communication channels, including social media, gaming, and influencers.
Ability to navigate between strategy and execution while managing uncertainty.
Thrives in an agile, interconnected, matrixed organization.
Strong commercial and creative skills, with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Ambitious and confident, able to manage multiple high-impact priorities with attention to detail.
Proven successful experience with Social Media, Gaming and content is a plus.
