We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to lead our Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives and improve our efficiency across business units.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clear targets and direction for strategy execution while ensuring effective adoption tracking. It involves developing, coordinating, and maintaining strategic plans and roadmaps to manage change impacts and support the organization.

  • Coach leadership teams (VPs and LT) on Lean processes and approaches.

  • Drive the implementation of LCI and Visual Management on-site and lead major cross-functional projects to optimize operations.

  • Collaborate with various LEGO entities to ensure alignment and effective change management.

  • Develop and conduct LCI training and assessments to build competencies.

This position will report into VP R&D Packing & Packaging and will be responsible to drive the initiatives and implement the productivity mindset and drive major cross functional projects.

Though the role is rooted in the R&D P&P organization - the role will also be a part of the KOM Campus LCI network and working closely with the E&Q Business Excellence team expected support to the global LCI agenda, supporting, developing, owning and implementing global standards.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous professional experience in Operations Management, e.g., lean manufacturing, lean product development is required

  • Solid experience in Lean Implementation and Proficiency in productivity tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), and Problem-Solving (PPS).

  • Proven experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean methodologies.

  • Strong coaching skills with management for Lean initiatives.

  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork, partner engagement and positively influence new ways of working.

  • Travel of 20% should be expected in this role.
