Trademark Textiles is a rapidly growing company. Many of our employees travel frequently, so we need a solid base at our office in Kolding to ensure smooth operations and create a welcoming environment that everyone looks forward to each day. You will report to the HR Specialist, but your daily tasks will be diverse, with contact to all employees.

About you:

  • Good English skills, both spoken and written. We use English daily.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email/calendar), and social media.
  • A good understanding of other cultures and an interest in learning more about them.
  • Systematic and able to maintain an overview, even when interrupted during work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A team player - and willing to lend a hand even if the task falls outside your usual area of responsibility.
  • A valid driver’s license for a regular car.
  • Ideally, a "technical flair" to help if, for example, a printer is malfunctioning.

The tasks:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, e.g., posting job ads on Danish and international portals, inviting candidates, and other communication.
  • Opportunity to work on creating materials for internal and external marketing of the HR department, such as for job fairs.
  • Coordinating events and managing the staff association.
  • Ensuring a good welcome for our new employees: planning and conducting introductory processes.
  • Organizing accommodation for foreign employees and providing information about "life in Denmark."
  • Counting and ordering office supplies.
  • Ordering food/helping with cleanup when our chef is on vacation or has other tasks.
  • Many other administrative and practical tasks across the company, such as gift shopping, meeting invitations, etc.
