THE ROLE
As our new Creative Buyer, you will take a key role in developing and driving our accessories collections across markets. You’ll be involved in the full buying process – from idea to final product – and collaborate closely with your manager, fellow buyers, sales teams and suppliers to ensure collections that are on-trend, commercial and aligned with our brand DNA.

You’ll work with a strong existing supplier base in both Europe and Asia and play a vital part in maintaining and developing these partnerships to secure the best outcome in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining best-selling styles across markets, ensuring a strong and consistent product flow
• Driving product development by initiating new ideas and staying up to date on fashion trends, colours, and materials
• Preparing and presenting collections to internal sales teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships, including negotiating prices, delivery terms, and product details
• Travelling for supplier visits and trend inspiration across Europe and Asia

YOUR PROFILE
As a person, you’re structured, proactive and solution-oriented. You bring a positive energy to your team and enjoy working with many stakeholders. You keep your cool in a fast-moving environment and approach challenges with curiosity and a can-do mindset. You love seeing your ideas come to life – and you’re motivated by creating collections that customers love. You are commercially minded, numbers-driven, and skilled at balancing creativity with business acumen.

• You are a trained buyer, ideally with accessories as a product category or with experience from the fashion industry.
• You are interested in trend research and creative product development
• You communicate confidently in English (Danish is a plus)
