Junior Buyer - Denim

At VERO MODA, we’re looking for a committed and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our DENIM team – and help shape collections that women across the world will wear and love.

JOIN OUR TEAM
You’ll become part of a dedicated Denim team in our Buying & Design department, currently consisting of 10 passionate colleagues. We believe in team spirit, openness and shared goals. Besides the Denim team, you’ll work closely with our Sales team, our Design team and trusted suppliers to bring collections to life – with a special focus on fit, quality and trend.

YOUR NEW ROLE
As Junior Buyer, you’ll support the buying process from start to finish – from style creation to delivery follow-up. Denim is a technical product and a craft in itself – but don’t worry if you haven’t worked with it before. The most important thing is that you’re structured, eager to learn and ready to contribute with both curiosity and commitment.

Your tasks will depend on your experience, but could include:

• Placing orders, order follow-up, delivery tracking and sample management
• Daily contact with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timelines
• Supporting our product development process in collaboration with designers and buyers
• Handling purchase orders, pricing and data entry in internal systems
• Commenting and approving fittings in collaboration with our pattern designers
• Preparing sales meetings/internal presentations of collections

WHAT YOU BRING
You’re someone who takes responsibility, meets deadlines and brings a positive energy to the team. You contribute actively – and you thrive in a collaborative setup where we win together.

Furthermore, we imagine you:

• Have experience from the fashion industry – ideally within buying. You could for example have a background as a Buying Assistant or Junior Buyer – and you’re now ready to take the next step.
• Communicates fluently in English – both written and spoken
