Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and energetic International People Partner to join our team in Copenhagen responsible for our Denmark and EU teams, and our emerging Asia footprint.

Your Responsibilities:


  • People Operations – day-to-day delivery, advice and support for managers and employees regarding key people policies, processes, employment legislation and our culture.
  • Talent Acquisition – work with managers to attract, select and secure the best diverse talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Performance Management – support our managers in getting the best out of their people, through clear objectives, regular feedback and support for development.
  • Talent Development – support the development of staff through developing and managing delivery of a range career development opportunities including training, coaching and other activities.
  • Reward – deliver annual reward and benefit cycles and additional projects, following robust internal and external benchmarking appropriate to our industry, talent markets and labour laws.
  • People systems – ensure meaningful reporting, accurate systems and effective management of employee data.
  • Project Management – plan and deliver projects to improve and grow our business through people policies, processes and culture – both local and global projects.
  • Culture – be an ambassador and enabler of a progressive, inclusive and vibrant culture that celebrates diversity where our employees can be the very best version of themselves.
  • Global mobility - manage international assignments and visa processes including managing international service providers.
  • Collaboration – support and partner with human resources colleagues, other functions and external providers to enable our business.

Your Experience:


  • Broad People Partner experience in Denmark – demonstrated capability of delivery, influence and successful outcomes across full employee life-cycle activities in Denmark, including guidance on Danish employment, in a fast-paced international company. Expected experience c. 5 years in a responsible role.
  • Systems - experience of working effectively with HR and performance management systems (esp. BambooHR ) and management reporting.
  • Organisational size – as a growing medium sized business, it is important to either have experience of similar-sized scaling businesses or the ability to adapt your approach accordingly in a lean team with a real hands-on approach.
  • International – experience of supporting other jurisdictions or satellite offices remotely (particularly Asia Pacific) and working with a small mobile expatriate community.
  • Sector – experience within Consulting, Professional Services or Engineering sectors or a similar environment to these, would be very useful although not essential.
