VML MAP is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools across our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AI solutions are effectively implemented, enabling teams to optimize their workflows, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with a strong background in AI technologies, process improvement, software implementation and stakeholder engagement.
We are looking for someone who is super interested and excited about becoming an expert in AI tooling across the board, taking full responsibility for enablement across the organization.

Over the past year, we’ve built VML MAP Agentic Labs, a four-pronged initiative focused on designing, building, and implementing agentic AI solutions that drive real business value for ourselves and our clients. Our labs include:

Agentic Design Lab – A product centric function responsible for uncovering and designing value-driven agentic AI opportunities that are feasible, viable, and deliverable.

Agentic Development Lab – A best-in-class agentic platform and development practice, delivering multi-agent workflows with rapid, outcome-driven iterations and long-term adoption strategies.

Agentic Research Lab – Focused on agentic architecture, human AI workflows and enabling fast, well-founded development decisions with deep methodology research.

Agentic Tooling Lab – Ensuring market-ready AI and agentic solutions are optimized for adoption and effectiveness instead of reinventing existing tools.

What will your day look like?

As part of the Agentic AI Lab, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent multi-agent systems that tackle complex, real-world challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying Opportunities & Process Change:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where AI-driven automation can add value.
• Conduct gap analysis to determine readiness for AI adoption and recommend necessary process modifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and business objectives for AI implementation.
• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and recommending process enhancements before AI implementation.

AI Tooling Implementation & Enablement:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of AI tools across VML MAP teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions within existing systems, providing technical guidance where necessary.
• Monitor performance metrics and user adoption, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams, end-users, and leadership to facilitate AI adoption.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and documentation to ensure seamless user onboarding.
• Gather feedback from teams and iterate on AI tool usage to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Process Optimization & Best Practices:

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements within business operations.
• Develop best practices for AI tooling usage and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI literacy and strategic implementation.

Data & Compliance Management:

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
• Work with IT and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with AI implementations.
• Monitor AI-driven insights to validate accuracy and business impact.

What do you bring to the table?

• Proven experience in Software, AI tooling implementation, automation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Experience with AI-powered customer engagement platforms and business operations tools.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a marketing, customer experience, or digital transformation environment.
• Familiarity with the martech ecosystem and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
• Background in process optimization and change management.
• Previous experience in an enterprise AI implementation role.
