We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML models, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to support clients strategic business decisions.

What you’ll do

1. Advanced Analytics & AI/ML Development

• Build and deploy AI/ML models to support business decisions across various domains.
• Apply predictive analytics for forecasting, optimization, and automation.
• Develop solutions using natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI where applicable.

2. Data Engineering & MLOps

• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to derive insights.
• Implement scalable data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Optimize model performance and ensure reproducibility and reliability.

3. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

• Ensure adherence to GxP, FAIR data principles, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of model explainability and governance to meet compliance requirements.

What you'll bring

• 6-10 years operating as a hands on Data Scientist within either consultancy or life sciences/healthcare analytics.
• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in MLOps, data engineering, and end-to-end model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of GxP, ITIL, and compliance aspects for AI in pharma.
• Familiarity with clinical commercial analytics, supply chain optimization, or HR analytics depending on domain focus.
• Experience working with multinational teams and enterprise-wide data ecosystems.
